Monterey pulls from Carmel,Salinas, and Watsonville for clients.  Watsonville pulls from Santa Cruz, Aptos, Monterey.  Biggest ding on Watsonville is that there isn't much in the way of nice accommodations.

Watsonville is almost 100% Hispanic.
At least with Monterey you get some diversity between Marina and Monterey.
Watsonville is not a pretty place to stay. Monterey has some of California's most beautiful scenery..

Watsonville, up to Seaside, are low-class areas with unfavorable demographics. Head straight to Munras ave, or even North Fremont Blvd, if that's your only option in terms of vacancies.

From my experience working night shift (pun not intended), it's usually minorities that exhibit intellectual eneptness, and everything synonymous with being stupid - and this is coming from someone who's a minority himself. I don't experience this problem with most of the White contingent I come in contact with. It's no wonder why there are White people (namely the older conservative ones) that perceive minorities as sub-par citizens.

Watsonville has a high gang population nowadays. Much like Salinas. Monterey will have the "classier" environment but finding business will be harder.

"Monterey will have the "classier" environment but finding business will be harder."

Is that because of all the HAWT civvie party-girls looking for booty-calls (and cocaine lol) on Alvarado street, Cannery Row, and other areas in the Monterey nightclub/bar scene?

The gang activity is most likely in isolated areas, much like Seaside.  You're lucky to live in a good part of town, where gang activity is at a minimum, or non-existent. My friend's kid niece was killed in Watsonville by a ricocheting bullet meant for someone else, so I wouldn't take the issue of gangs and violence in Watsonville lightly.

The gangs are in every part of Watsonville from main street to the fields.  One of the gangs called "city hall".

Congratulations you know how to use a thesaurus
---
Thanks for the congratulations, but quite frankly, I don't see anything in my post that would require a thesaurus (spell checker, maybe). Words like pulchritudinous, serendipitously, and debaucherous are quite common in the "Strip Clubs" forum of NS. I don't know about you, but I occasionally find myself using a thesaurus whenever I surf that forum. Not so much here. Again, thanks for the congratulations.
