Always. They've got labs all over and accept walk-ins.

The trick is finding one that's not filled with people because I hate waiting.

They are very professional and good at venipuncture.

Quest is great if you have an appointment. Just arrive on time and sign in. They will take you before the poor walk-in saps. I've walked in without an appt and had to wait a long time.

If you Google "Quest", the offices around me seem to all get some bad reviews on "yelp".  Like long waiting times and rude people.  Alternatives would be good to know about.

Had my test done at quest in Clovis community center, went there on Monday at 5, walk in- waited 5 min, very quick and professional staff, but all quest center  should be good.

Which test do you select?  Comprehensive one is like $250!!

Not "comprehensive", but very affordable and covers the 2 most common.   https://www.lemonaidhealth.com/services/std-testing

I get swabbed top and bottom, pee in da cup and give a little blood. I found the lab tech proficient and skilled, meaning I didn't pass out. He had difficulty reading paperwork and they actually lost one of the test results.

Reception was another story. Others are correct in no appointment = bring lunch because you're going to be there awhile

Quest is like the DMV - with an appointment, you are in and out fairly quickly. Without an appointment, and it seems you are in a Russian bread line with the bread truck not due until, 'soon'

another guy in another thread asked a question that went unanswered that pertained to QD. He posted it in the last post of this thread   https://www.nightshift.co/forums/forums/safety/topics/anonymous-std-testing

So does anyone know if you need your I.D to test at Quest?

I have been to Quest Lab many times (for non STD tests) and they always ask for ID.  If you said you don't have your ID with you - I'm not sure what they would do.

This link offers supposedly anonymous std testing and when I did a couple clicks Quest comes up as the local lab to go to, and this service states you do not need to take anything to Quest lab except the test requisition form that they will email to you

You can arrive about 15 minutes before they open and be served quickly.  Like the DMV though, you can't beat having an appointment.
