Of course you are going to downplay any risks you are pro-bbbj. You call articles suggesting safe and responsible play click bait fluff but what about what you are doing as far as laughing at real life health issues. what would you call that. Many guys on here are pro bbbj and pro bbfs so whats wrong with recognizing and assessing both sides of the aisle instead of laughing it off. I hope you never encounter a situation where you end up in a client begging for meds then we'll see how much you're yawning then.

Having fun and being responsible and living to fuck another day should not be frowned upon here.

Pro or not has no bearing on my determination that the "article" is a waste of time and internet bandwidth created predominantly to make ad money from all the banners by folks clicking to see gnarly pictures (which are questionable representations of said diseases).  It has absolutely zero educational merit. I attack the article and any like it that is passed off as factual.

GOOD DAY, sir 👌

I'm not sure what you would consider a valid source of information but I think the C.D.C would be fairly legit.

https://www.cdc.gov/std/hpv/stdfact-hpv.htm

I'm not too sold on all the examples given in the first article. I'm pretty sure there were a few photos I can identify as thrush or peritonsillar abcess. But I know that hpv is very common and easily spread. It was such a big deal and so common that when I was 12 I remember getting vaccinated for it.  There are those of you who talk about myself or others as if they are idiots For not wanting to contract a incurable disease. I wont even let myself get into how I feel about that because I really have nothing polite to say to those that make a joke of someone not wanting to be infected and spread disease. And I really don't know why DK feels the need to comment on all my posts with sum catty comment. But hey since you always feel the need to voice an opinion why don't you take a poll. Suck 100 bare dicks and report back with your findings. Let us know if u get a sore throat.

CDC is a bloated government organization with their own agendas. At least their site isn't running on ad dollars. That said there is very little connection between their site and actual medical studies and statistics. I don't have any idea why they don't link or cite medical journals or studies. Alas they don't.

I have absolutely no issues with people doing whatever they want how they want. My comments here are to draw attention to the issue that there is a web filled with empty articles and folks then pass these along as factual. Your life, your body, your call how you treat it.

Only surefire way to avoid stds is abstinence to the extent of completely avoiding physical contact with another human being. While safer, not the type of life I care to live.

Hmmm. I wonder if there are any ACTUAL STD DOCTORS around that could speak to this topic...

BBBJs are basically safe sex (according to STD doctors)

https://www.nightshift.co/forums/3/topics/bbbjs-are-basically-safe-sex-according-to-std-doctors

Excerpts from the above thread from two years ago:

Dr. Hunter Handsfield, M.D. (40 years of STD experience): "We get frequent questions about STD/HIV risks associated with oral sex. The consistent answer is that oral sex can be considered safe sex, because of generally low risks for all STDs and zero risk for some. Sometimes this seems to conflict with other advice, perhaps especially in settings where social or religious conservatism influence school based and other education that tend to inflate the risks associated with sex of any kind. But the fact is that even among the most sexually active people with multiple partners (including sex workers), most have no transmissible oral STDs; and that the vast majority of oral sex events do not lead to any STD. Accordingly, we almost never recommend STD testing after any single oral sex exposure unless there are symptoms, or sometimes if the partner is known to be infected. We also generally recommend that people with such exposures can safely continue their normal sexual practices with their regular partners. While of course there can be no guarantees along these lines, in general the risk is low enough that it shouldn't be a serious worry."
http://www.medhelp.org/posts/STDs/oral-sex-question/show/2159728

----- NO RISK OF HIV -----
A top STD forum advisor replies about HIV and oral sex: "There is no debate (among experts) about the HIV risks associated with oral sex. The risk is so low that almost nobody who cares for HIV infected patients has ever had a patient believed to have been infected that way."
http://www.medhelp.org/posts/HIV-Prevention/Ejaculted-in-the-mouth---Different-circumstances---Please-help/show/1757568
More 'no risk of HIV from oral' quotes can be found here: http://www.medhelp.org/posts/HIV-Prevention/oral/show/2039007
Considering how many millions of BBBJs have been given, there ought to be a FEW cases if it were even possible. No reliable cases of HIV-from-oral can be cited. You're NOT going to die from a BBBJ!

Another response by Dr. Handsfield: "HIV risk is virtually zero. Even if your partner had HIV, which she probably did not, one estimate is a chance of 1 in 20,000. That's equivalent to receiving oral sex by infected partners every day for 55 years and maybe never getting infected."
http://www.medhelp.org/posts/STDs/My-Infection-Risks-and-what-to-do-next/show/1271916

Actual research studies say that even if a partner actually HAS HIV (rare/non-existent in Sacramento providers), only about 1% of them would even have it present in their saliva: ..."the frequency with which infectious HIV can be found in the saliva of HIV-infected patients is low, approximately 1%..." (first paragraph of Discussion section)

Top STD forum advisor about getting HIV from BBBJ: "No risk."

 ---- DATY ----
Dr. Handsfield's response to another worried unprotected oral sex recipient and giver: "Oral sex is safe sex -- low risk for all STDs and zero risk for some. In general, it is hard to transmit infection from the mouth or throat to penis, even if your partner was infected orally. And cunnilingus is even safer. In my 40 years in the STD business, I don't think I ever had a patient with an oral STD acquired by oral contact with a partner's vaginal area."
http://www.medhelp.org/posts/STDs/Unprotected-Oral-Sex/show/2100927
Guy asking question in above link: "...I had an unprotected oral sex (receiving fellatio and giving cunnilingus) and i ejaculated in her throat twice (Pretty sure she does this to all her clients) and then i had a protected vaginal sex ( she always uses condoms in terms of vaginal and anal sex) straight after...."
I love the doctor's first sentence back to him: "Congratulations on having safe sex..."

A top STD forum advisor replies to a panicked kitty licker: "It is very very very very very rare to get an std from oral sex...no matter if you were giving or receiving."
http://www.medhelp.org/posts/STDs/What-are-my-odds-of-having-contracted-an-STD-Details-inside/show/1246761

BTW: Don't bother arguing with me about this stuff. I'm just relaying what I found. Go argue with Dr. Handsfield. Maybe y'all can convince him that his four decades of experience are wrong.

The CDC is perhaps the very worst source for information like this, they have a vested interest in everything they put out to the public.

As for sucking 1oo dicks, I would think that would be Ms BangHers self selected job, just wondering what might lurk in that throat now that she brings up the subject. Certainly she has been chewing on Stuckys bone some and who knows where else that has been. I bet she can do that 100 dicks trick in one evening!  And still have time to make pity posts it would seem.

For every decent cbj I have received I leave with the belief it would have been exceptional without the er-e-er rubber sensation. Not saying it doesn't do the trick, just lessens the subtle sensations that really elevate a sensual bj 😉

I have discussed safety with many providers. I have yet to hear a story of the gal, nor a "friend", getting an std via bbbj. One did get chlamydia from semen in her eye 😯  Most of std issues I have been told revolve around drugs, low end gals, and high volume gals with poor attention to hygiene. Again, not scientific but at least it is personal experience and word of mouth from ladies who have been at it years (some decades).

Pretty much this. Science doesn't give a shit if you believe it or not.

But considering most of the country lives in fear about some invisible boogeyman, you aren't going to win that argument.

Fear sells, especially in the US because of the increasingly ignorant population.

All this drama over a fucking blowjob and people still shovel fast food and the rest of the poison that passes for the American Diet into their pie holes.

I agree the CDC is legit. Boo, it's your life and your body. You've got to do what you feel is right for you.

As for me, I really enjoy receiving bbbj and I have accepted the risks as being minimal so I do partake.  That said, I wouldn't knock anyone for choosing otherwise.  Risk Reward.

With a BMI above 30 you're much more likely to have weight related complications that you are to contract an STD through BBBJ.

Yeah I've come to the conclusion  that I will just be a bit more selective in who I am doing that with/for. I recently met a provider  who was diagnosed with gonorrhea in her throat  and it was from......yeah, oral sex. The risk is always gonna be there to catch something even a condom won't stop herpes. I am low looooow volume and try to keep a few regulars who I can somewhat trust and be able to narrow it down if ever i DID catch somethig. I stick to regular frequent testing and practice safesex with the exception of bbbj so im not as freaked out as I was. Lol

Shopping carts at supermarkets carry more than just groceries, all kinds of nasty things have been found on them....yet people still grab a cart and go shopping.....

http://www.foxnews.com/lifestyle/2013/07/30/how-gross-is-your-shopping-cart.html

There are risks in just about anything you do....drive a car?  You probably have a higher risk of being in a auto accident than contracting a sexual disease from oral sex....are you going to stop driving?

Just use common sense keep yourself healthy, any cuts or open wounds allow to heal, and only do what you feel comfortable with....

Or pointing out the hypocrisy of getting uppity about a blowjob when someone is pretty much guaranteed to have health issues related to obesity.

I deal with this type of mentality daily. Diabetics that are angry because their foot ulcers aren't healing and demand the latest and greatest in wound care, but are plowing through processed/fast food every night.

Every time I update my pics, the loss is noticeable. So please take that bullshit to someone who has a less thick skin....k? I have been large and fucking healthy!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! since I was 9. Have a good night love!
