I was wondering if anyone has any experience with ORC's or specifically the Spartan in Monterey. If so, I would love to hear about it.

Monterey is June 3rd.  It's a tough course a lot of hills.  Also it's a super and no sprint.

Thanks Greywolf! I heard it was hilly so I have been running long on trails with big climbs, lots of pull ups, push ups, core. Dropped a few pounds and looking forward to the challenge. Any info on the shuttle bus situation?

I appreciate any input.
