I've decided to take my sessions to the next level, and prick it up a notch (get more boing for my buck), so I'll be adding tongue and penis exercises to my regular workouts.

I'll probably start slowly, and gradually build up to 69 sets of 69 reps.

Don't forget to stretch before and after lifting...and drink plenty of water.

Make sure you get regular massages to work out the soreness.
