Wondering if any ladies have recommendations on room friendly workouts without equipment? Specifically want to start toning my core and arms while waiting between sessions. Thanks babes!

You can do a circuit of body weight exercises.

Push ups
ab work. ( sit ups, crunches, etc)
leg squats.  ( squat to a sitting position )
plank ( hold for 20s)

Do these exercises continuously for 5 min and do what you can for each.

You can purchase 2 lb Dumbbells, go to you tube and find exercises

You can do a wall sit - quads and knees at 90 degrees

You can put your feet on top of the bathtub - assuming you have a bathtub and do decline pushups (you may want to be careful of these), and make sure you have a good core.

Your core will be challenged by anything that's unbalanced.

So for ex, you can do a pushup with one hand on a ball, the other on the ground. Or you can do a pushup with your feet stacked on top of each other, your toes of one foot on top of your other heel.

You can also do stretches in your space as well.

Dont forget that yoga is an excellent form of core stabilization. Throw on a few layers of clothing and you can add a thermogenic effect to the practice. And if you do kegels while you're doing it, you've got yourself a absolutely free workout. Great way to keep your center through all the day to day bullshit and not only will you feel better, your clients will thank you for the increased flexibility and "grip" tightness.

Get a small green "bender ball" great for core work and some stretchy bands for toning.
Lots of great workout apps to use.
Planks and Burpees are fantastic.

If you like to walk or run I use the Map My Run app and if you turn on the sound it will alert you to your mile pace and time.

My personal favorite, cow girl position, is great for the core.

Those area all great suggestions.

I would add: dancing. Put on some music that you love, maybe make a mix of your favs, and dance around the room.

I think burpees would be really good for the results you're looking for. And the best thing is you can get a really good workout in 10-15 min with burpees alone!
