I put a mixture of flax, hemp, and raw pumpkin seeds. I don't like the texture chia gives.

Flaxseeds causing gyno?!? Never heard of guys having to use estrogen blockers like Nolvadex or Arimidex for flaxseeds lol

I took your advise. According to what I read, flaxseeds mimic estrogen, but is also used to inhibit the effects of excessive estrogen, such as gynocomastia/man boobs. The explanations as to how this works, was not an easy read wink

I personally, think this flaxseed thing is just mumbo jumbo. Unless a male has a physical propensity to get gyno, it's not going to happen eating too many servings of flaxseeds. High dosages of powerful androgens (the kind bodybuilders use) yes, but not flaxseeds lol

Agreed, I always advise when I have learned there could potentially be a risk. More likely then not it is safe. Not many people get blood panels done that check there hormone levels, so a man that already has higher amounts of estrogen could developed issues while others it's no big deal. Just passing on the knowledge. Glad you read it. I have also read that the Johnson and Johnson baby washes and lotions with lavender in them can do the same.

Never tried these.  I usually make my juices with organic fruits or organic veggies.  I don't add anything to these nutritional powerhouses.  Nothing else needed.

I tried chia seed once and my body didn't like it.
