Really need to lose the 20lbs that I have put on over the last two years so I have decided to give myself a stick and reward system. 

No hobby time until the First 5 lbs lost then I get a 140 AAMP visit, 10 lbs is a 200 AAMP visit, 20 lbs is a doubles session. 

These carrot sticks are tasting better already.

Whatever gets you inspired! 

When I was trying to get out more I said that I wouldn't eat dinner unless I was on a date.  If you don't date.... you go hungry!  It was mostly silly and surely I would have broken the rules if I was truly starving but it did help me get off my butt and get out there.

Right now I am thinking about a new photo shoot and wanting to lose a little again.  Maybe my carrot could be a professional studio shoot if I reach my goal.

Try modifying your diet to 3-4 green salads a day and nothing else. You'll be weak as shit in the weight room, but at least you'll shed a few pounds and have a fairly flat tummy.

Starvation ain't the answer, either.

Any weight loss due to starvation is short-term and as soon as you resume eating normally, the weight comes back.

Instead, look at healthier substitutions to your junk food--like carrots, celery and broccoli for potato chips and snack crackers.

Get off drinking sodas and replace them with water for the most part.

You may also want to take a look at what you're taking in for nutrients and perhaps start a vitamin regimen and if you're not getting your vitamins from the foods you eat, start taking vitamin pills and supplements to make up for the nutrients you're not getting from the foods you eat.

I have gout and found that what triggers it the most these days is how I eat and if I don't eat nutrient-rich foods that are good for me, my gout flares up.

And if I change my diet and my gout flares up, like getting off soda again, replace it with water and look into things like a Vivarin pill every morning to replace the source of caffeine, which works the same way on gout that the prescription drug allopurinol does in your body (and Vivarin is both cheaper AND over-the-counter)...I don't drink coffee or tea, but they can work in place of Vivarin.

And if your body craves sugar, replace the junk you take in that has High-Fructose Corn Syrup in it and replace them with real sugar, but in manageable amounts--for instance, most of my sugar intake these days comes from Kraft Carmel cubes and instead of eating the recommended serving or the whole bag, have one cube once or twice a day and you won't feel any worse when that sugar is digested and the craving is sated.

Exercise is always good, like walking a mile every day, which will keep muscles toned and in shape--this will help if your "chairborne instead of airborne" (old Army joke, especially for us former supply clerks) especially later in life when your metabolism does slow down.

Lower back pain can easily occur when your muscles in your legs and back aren't exercised regularly and when you get older, this pain may become more frequent if you don't exercise.

And when it comes to getting food at the store, take the time to read the ingredients and if they show a lot of junk in their making, don't buy it and don't eat it.

Besides HFCS, look out for enriched or bleached flour, which has both glutens and man-made carbohydrates that the body has difficulties digesting and could pack on pounds over time the more one eats these foods with those ingredients in them.

Instead of tater-tots, french fries and hash browns which are pre-processed and even pre-cooked and deep-fried before frozen, use real potatoes, bake them and manage your portions and that not only will help you lose weight, but it will help you keep it off if you stick to this diet.

Besides sugar, salt can be healthful in small amounts, but harmful in larger amounts, so watch your salt intake, too...I don't salt my food, relying on the salt that may already be in it.

Set realistic goals for your weight loss and bear in mind that dropping 60 pounds in one year is both unrealistic and unhealthy, but dropping 10-20 pounds in one year may be easier and healthier for you to do.

And once you've lost that 10-20 pounds, see how you look and if you are comfortable with that weight loss you may not want to lose more weight, but if you want to lose more, continue--either way, you may have to stick to your diet and exercise plan to keep this weight off once you have done so, and that may be harder to do over time if your life and circumstances change as they inevitably do.

Always remember that what ever you put in to your body will affect your body even in ways you can not foresee in 20 years, or even in 30 years and after those years accumulate in your life, you shouldn't be wondering how you got to that point.

Sex may burn 21 Calories, but you have to burn 3000 Calories to lose one pound of weight, be it fat or muscle and that will be harder to do.

I swear to God when I dropped soda out of my diet I shed about 10 pounds.  I also dropped my calorie rich coffee drink at my favorite spot about the same time.  I bet those things have more than your total daily allowance of calories.  Ugh.

I have always avoided fake sugar, especially in soda or adding to coffee.  I figure if you are going to do something, do it right.  Why eat a dessert that tastes like crap?  What is the point of that, I would rather not have it at all.

I do like a treat once in awhile though and I have always tried to not go the denial route as it often leads to binging behavior.

I concur, the salad and water example was just a way to shed pounds in quick fashion. I for one, have adopted the 5-6 small meals per day method, that's designed to ensure maximum strength in the weight room, while maintaining a trim mid-riff. 

My meal protocol is as follows:

1. 8 oz boneless chicken breast/1 cup rice/green veggie
2. 8-10 oz tilapia/1 cup rice/small baked potato
3. 8 oz tri-tip steak/1 cup rice/small baked potato
4. Double Jumbo Jack combo with bottled water (during work hours)
Workout
5. Post workout carb load - Yogurt and/or cheesecake
6. Same as meal #3

This diet regimen yields around 240-250 grams of protein, and roughly 4500 calories, which is geared for strength training for a 160 lb man, but can maintain a fairly trim belly if attention is paid to meal portions. The number of meals may vary, depending on how I feel gastrically. Anymore than 6 meals per day may result in a distended belly, commonly seen on today's bodybuilding pros in the heavyweight class, as a result of eating 10 meals per day or more.

and mix that with Clenbuterol and presto...20 lbs lost within a month
And a protien based diet...you will be looking like Peter North. LOL.

Deca in tablet form?!? Deca/Nandrlone Decanoate is sold both on the streets, and UG steroid sites (the preferred and more cost effective method of purchase), in small ampules, or the more common 10ml vials. The vials can be as low as $25, depending on the site. I've never seen "real" Deca tabs. Those "legal" tablets that use the Deca name are no more than supplements (more like rip off). They're not even pro-hormones, which are now totally illegal, thanks to President Obama.

When it comes to tabs, A-bombs (Anadrol/Oxymetholone) are unbeatable for increasing strength and/OR muscle size (getting super big muscles and getting super strong is almost mutually exclusive). Ask your ex BB BF, he knows.

What's worked for me is the Pussy Diet. I had 6 last month, with a sprinkling of titties, and the weight is just flying off! It's important to avoid eating ass, though, cuz that'll pack the weight back on.

Ah, I see, cool. Underground labs can make any compound in tablet or injectable form, but I just haven't seen it avaliable, or used by bodybuilders and powerlifters when I was into that scene.

I have gotten some pain medication for my sick mother (RA) and once when I was hospitalized, when I burn my eyeballs on accident.

I lost and kept off 30 lbs and at my age, it's not easy.   Went from 235 to 203. 

Did one hour of exercise or walking 5x a week.    
Eliminate sugars, processed carbs, restaurant food as much as possible
Don't drink calories.   Mainly drink water , tea black coffee.
Avoid junk food and desserts. Chips, cookies, ice cream, etc

If I really wanted to eat the above, I would go ahead but limit myself.  It's changing habits and incorporating
a better daily routine.  

I reversed my diabetes almost , A1c was 7.7, now 5.6

Try alternate day fasting! 
Every other day do a water fast, or eat no more than 500 calories. On the days in between when you are not fasting, you can eat literally whatever you want! And you will still lose weight! You may think this would cause you to binge but actually you will be physically unable, since your stomach has shrunken due to fasting the previous day. You will actually start to crave healthier foods.
Fasting is very beneficial to health for much more than weight loss!! I am amazed with the results I've gotten after just 4 weeks. I intend to keep this up indefinitely, as it has cured my insomnia.

You know the first real fitness guru Jack Lalanne also known as the Godfather of fitness felt he cured himself by changing hus diet and starting to exercise.

Plus also for me is that if I keep myself thinner I not only feel lighter and more likely to desire sex I also fee more confident to seduce my partner.

I exercise for vanity but I am getting all the health benefits as a bonus.

Just understand that everything is controlled by your central nervous system. CNS wants to turn a profit-if you eat something that isn't bioavailable then CNS will turn it into fat (the easiest conversion) If you eat anything that has been cooked above 121 degrees F then you killed the natural enzymes and unless you take a multi enzyme pill with your first bite it's probably going to be fat..When you diet, after a while your calorie intake with be to low to make a profit so anything you eat turns into fat
