After going to two of the CGF <Couples Group Fun> parties I have vowed to take my workouts even more seriously.  Let me tell you these girls are SMOKEN fucking hot and smoking HOT fucking.  I gotta keep up with these young hotties so I am adding MORE running to my workout.

I truly wish we could get a pic of all the ladies together but that would just probably induce strokes so....  maybe not such a good idea.

First off Athena, it hasn't seemed as though you've had any trouble keeping up with anyone at the parties. You pretty much rock 'em... HARD! That being said... I'm with you. With a bunch of fit, playful  hotties in the room like we had at our last party, I need to pick up my cardio to be able to go the distance. The parties are sexxxersize at its finest providing a solid 90 minute work out.  Best to be in good heart health before ya get there.

And yes, if anyone is interested in joining Couples Group Fun to add a little motivation to their work out routine... or just to add a new wrinkle of naughtiness to your life.... kick me an inbox!

I'm a bit of a newb and super shy about doing anything like this. I'm hoping to one day gather the courage to go and be invited to one of these parties. I've never done anything like this and would so hope to go to one someday. How does one go about doing this?

It wouldn't do you any good anyways BW. All you do is lay there and let all the hotties bounce around on that big ol' pogo stick you're sporting.  Sure... it's fun for the ladies, but I don't see how it would improve your fitness whatsoever.  That said... don't get cheap on me now playa. Pony up!!!

If you need a quick and effective work out to maximize returns I cannot highly enough recommend kettle Bell swings.

They work your heart, gluten, trapes, tris, bis, chest, quads, core and a ton of other stuff. Plus it really gets your heart into the fat burn zone.

You start with a weight you grow into. It is very very difficult from the beginning.

For women 30 lbs is good and the goal is to do 150 reps straight through. For men, 50 lbs,  same reps.

If you've never done them before they will rock your world. Prepare to have the fat melt off but make sure to control your diet (reduced carbs, notice I said reduced not eliminated)  and increase protein (30% of DV in the first 30min after you wake up).

Running will just increase your cardiovascular a bit and maybe some muscle gain. But it will not really quickly reduce fat because you're operating in a different burn zone.

Damn, I thought doing reps in the squat/bench/deadlift with 90% of your 1RM (1 rep maximum), with 10-15 minutes rest between sets, was a REAL workout - maybe not :)

Kettlebells swings are great (so are Turkish get ups).  That is a lot of weight if you have never done them before.  If you have bad form you can really mess yourself up with all that weight.  Plus, you can do one arm swings (or alternating arms) if the weight is becomes too easy for two arms.  The first time I did in my lungs, butt, and hips were burning.
